Hot filling line for packaging products at elevated temperatures

The 4 Head inline piston filler has a jacketed hopper and a hot water supply system that keeps the product at the relevant temperature inside the machines hopper tank. The machine is also equipped with purpose made filling nozzles that go into recirculation mode when the production is stopped.

This ensure product temperature stability. Elevated jacketed supply tanks is also available with the system.

Products ranging from sauces, jams and even petroleum jelly can be filled on this filler.
